We roast multiple small batches throughout the week to keep our beans as fresh as possible.

*Bright and Lively sourced from a women's only Coffee Cooperative in Peru: sweet mandarin citrus, sparkling acidity and juicy body. *Organic

*Gentle Dark is an organic two bean mix of Ethiopia and Sumatra: plum, cocoa, earl grey tea with a subtle hint of honey. Excellent as both drip roast and french press. *Organic

Customarily Complex - Signature is created using a two bean blend of beans from Brazil and Guatemala: nutty with butterscotch and juicy body. We love to use this one for espresso or drip!

Decaffeinated - You lose the caffeine, but none of the great flavour: clean, chocolate and nutty cup. Great for espresso or drip.

Sold in store in 340g pouches or packaged to order.
