We take coffee seriously at The Vic. Our beans are globally sourced and we take pride in providing roasted onsite single and two bean coffee blends . Our coffee is selected from premium growers and we offer organic, fair trade beans and we also offer and a delightfully tasty decaf option as well

The Vic Downtown works with a well regarded BC Coffee company to help us source the best possible organic beans from around the world, choosing Women's Cooperative farms when possible.
Our medium roast - Bright and Lively which has come to market through a women's only Coffee cooperative in Peru: sweet mandarin citrus, sparkling acidity and juicy body.
Our dark roast - Gentle Giant is an organic two bean mix of Ethiopia and Sumatra: plum, cocoa, earl grey tea with a subtle hint of honey. Excellent as both drip roast and espresso.
The Vic's Espresso - Customarily Complex is created using a two bean blend of organic beans from Brazil and Guatemala: nutty with butterscotch and juicy body.
For those seeking to eliminate caffeine from their coffee experience we are pleased to offer Sweetwater Decaffeinated Organic Coffee beans - you lose the caffeine, but none of the great flavor: clean, chocolate and balanced cup.

Q: Number One Question we are asked, do you really roast your own coffee at The Vic?
A: Yes, we are the only coffee roaster in downtown Kamloops and we really do roast coffee many times each week to keep up with demand and to ensure that we are offering the freshest cup of coffee possible.
Q: Is the coffee organic?
A: We only purchase organic, fair trade premium coffee beans.
